Audivel（以下「本アプリ」）は、近くのスポットに応じて音声ガイドを再生する旅行体験を提供するため、位置情報その他のデータを取り扱います。本ポリシーは、本アプリが収集、利用、保存する情報と、その取り扱い方法を説明するものです。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、次の情報を取り扱う場合があります。

位置情報 — 現在地、周辺スポット検知、自動再生、距離表示のため
再生履歴 — どのスポットやガイドを再生したか、再生時間など
アプリ内の探索履歴 — 探索スタンプや進捗表示のための履歴
匿名識別子 — アカウント登録なしで利用できるよう、端末上で匿名の識別子を生成して利用する場合があります
任意アンケートの回答 — 在住国、生まれ年、アプリを知ったきっかけなど。すべて任意で、スキップできます
端末・アプリ情報 — 表示言語、端末ロケール・地域、OS種別・バージョン、アプリバージョン、端末モデル、タイムゾーン、インストール日、利用権限状態など
購入・利用権限に関するイベント — サブスクリプション、期間パス、クーポン適用などの成功イベント。決済カード番号などの支払い情報は本アプリのサーバーでは保存しません
端末上に保存される設定情報 — 言語、再生設定、ダウンロード済みスポット情報など
端末の真正性証明 — Apple App Attest / DeviceCheck、Google Play Integrity / Device Recallが提供する、正規のアプリ・端末であることを示す証明や状態。広告ID、IMEI、MACアドレスなど端末を個体識別する情報は収集しません
ネットワーク不正検知情報 — 通信元IPアドレスの一部をハッシュ化した情報(30日間保持)

2. 情報の利用目的

近くのスポットを表示するため
ユーザーがスポットに近づいた際に音声ガイドを自動再生するため
再生履歴や探索履歴を表示するため
アプリ機能の改善、障害調査、品質維持のため
地域ごとのスポット情報配信や表示を行うため
任意アンケートの回答と購入イベントを匿名識別子で紐付け、コンテンツ改善、料金プラン改善、マーケティング施策の効果把握に利用するため
保護対象クーポンの不正な重複取得や自動化された不正利用を防止するため(端末の真正性証明・ネットワーク不正検知情報は、この不正防止目的以外には利用しません)

3. 背景位置情報の利用

本アプリは、ユーザーがアプリを前面表示していない場合でも、近くのスポットを検知して音声ガイドの自動再生を行うため、背景位置情報を利用することがあります。背景位置情報の利用は、本アプリの中核機能である自動再生体験を提供する目的に限られます。

ユーザーは、端末の設定から位置情報権限を変更または取り消すことができます。ただし、その場合、一部機能が利用できなくなることがあります。

4. 情報の共有

本アプリは、法令上必要な場合、または本アプリの提供に必要な委託先を除き、ユーザー情報を第三者へ販売しません。バックエンド API、ホスティング、ストレージ、配信基盤など、本アプリの提供に必要なサービス事業者を利用する場合があります。これらの事業者は、委託された範囲でのみ情報を取り扱います。

5. 保存と管理

本アプリは、情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損を防止するため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。通信が必要な機能では、暗号化された通信経路を使用する設計を前提とします。

6. 端末上のデータ

本アプリは、利便性向上のために、ダウンロード済みスポット情報、言語設定、再生設定、履歴の一部を端末上に保存することがあります。

7. ユーザーによる管理

ユーザーは、端末設定から位置情報、通知などの権限を変更できます。また、本アプリ内で再生履歴や探索履歴の削除機能が提供されている場合は、その範囲で情報を削除できます。サーバー上に保存された情報の削除をご希望の場合は、下記の連絡先までお問い合わせください。

8. 子どもの利用

本アプリは、適用法令で特別な保護が必要とされる児童を主たる対象として設計したものではありません。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、法令やサービス内容の変更に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または本ページ上で告知します。

10. アクセス解析

本サイトでは、利用状況の把握と改善のために Google Analytics 4 を利用します。Google Analytics は、Cookie 等を用いてページ閲覧、端末・ブラウザに関する情報、および言語切替・ダウンロードボタンの操作を収集する場合があります。これらの情報は個人を直接特定する目的では使用しません。Google によるデータの取り扱いについては、Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

Audivel ("the App") provides a travel experience that plays audio guides based on nearby places. To provide this functionality, the App may process location data and related usage data. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is handled.

1. Information we may collect

Location data — current location, nearby spot detection, automatic playback, distance display
Listening and playback history
Exploration progress and related in-app activity
Anonymous identifiers generated by the app
Optional survey responses, such as country of residence, birth year, and how the user heard about the App
Device and app information, such as display language, device locale/region, OS type and version, app version, device model, timezone, install date, and entitlement status
Purchase and entitlement-related events, such as successful subscriptions, time passes, and coupon redemptions. The App's backend does not store payment card numbers
On-device settings and downloaded spot data
Device integrity attestations — Apple App Attest/DeviceCheck and Google Play Integrity/Device Recall signals confirming the app and device are genuine. We do not collect advertising IDs, IMEI, MAC addresses, or other device-identifying values
Network fraud-detection data — a hashed portion of the originating IP address, retained for 30 days

2. How we use information

To show nearby places
To automatically play audio guides when the user approaches a place
To provide listening history and exploration features
To maintain app quality and investigate issues
To deliver and display region-based spot information
To improve content, pricing, and marketing effectiveness by linking optional survey responses and purchase events with an anonymous identifier
To prevent fraudulent duplicate redemption or automated abuse of protected coupons (device integrity attestations and network fraud-detection data are used only for this anti-fraud purpose)

3. Background location

The App may use background location to detect nearby spots and automatically start guide playback even when the App is not in the foreground. This is limited to providing the App's core automatic audio guide functionality. Users can change or revoke location permission in device settings, though some features may become unavailable as a result.

4. Sharing

The App does not sell user data to third parties. Service providers used for backend APIs, hosting, storage, and delivery infrastructure may process data only as needed to operate the App.

5. Retention and security

Reasonable measures are used to protect information from leakage, loss, or damage. Network communication is intended to use encrypted transport where applicable.

6. On-device data

The App may store downloaded spot data, language settings, playback settings, and part of the history on-device for convenience.

7. User controls

Users can change location and notification permissions in device settings. If the App provides in-app history deletion, users can delete data within that scope. To request deletion of server-side data, please contact us using the details below.

8. Children

The App is not primarily designed for children who require special protection under applicable law.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised in response to changes in law or the App's services. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page.

10. Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage and improve the Site. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect page views, device and browser information, and interactions with language controls and download buttons. We do not use this information to directly identify visitors. For details of Google’s data handling, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy.
